Speed
The ability to do strength performance at a rapid pace.

Reaction Time
The amount of time it takes to get moving once your senses signal the need to move.
Example:
(Baseball)
catching the ball correctly.
Coordination
The integration of eye, hand and foot movements.
Example:
(Tennis Serving)
Striking the ball with racquet at the appropriate time.
Agility
The ability to change direction quickly and control movement of the whole body.
Example:
(Floor Hockey)
avoiding opponents while moving around the floor.
Balance
An even distribution of weight allowing someone to remain upright and steady.
Example:
